Alligator Soul’s New Fresh Catch
Pictured above is another wonderful dish from the phenomenally creative mind of Executive Chef, Stephen McLain. Our new fresh catch of the day is out of this world. We have a lightly herb crusted Yellow Fin Tuna filet. It will be served over a Potato Gratin with Aged Sheep’s Milk Cheese and Lemon Zest. We will be serving that with Canewater Farms Arugula and a Roasted Red Pepper Sauce. The dish will be finished with Crispy Fried Capers and a Roasted Garlic Thyme Aioli.
